The bookstore will be collecting returns for the online bookstore from Monday, August 26 until Monday, September 6, 2019, with no return shipping charge to you.
If you changed classes or ordered the wrong books, go online and order the correct or replacement text right away and drop off the book(s) to be returned to the bookstore.
Here’s what you need to do:
Determine which textbooks are to be returned and drop off the textbooks with a COPY of your MBS INVOICE before Monday, September 6, 2019. The bookstore will mail your return(s) back to MBS with no shipping charge to you.
Things to keep in mind when returning textbooks:
• NEW course materials must be returned in NEW, unopened condition in order to receive a full refund. All components of a packaged item must come back together, unopened, and in the original shrink wrap to receive credit.
• A NEW text that has been written in is considered USED and will not receive a full refund.
• Credit will be issued in the same manner the payment was originally made. Allow 2–3 weeks for processing time.
No returns can be accepted at the bookstore after Monday, September 6, 2019. You will have to contact MBSDirect’s customer service at 800-325-3252. (You have 30 days from the date of purchase or 30 days from the start of class, whichever is later, to receive a full refund.)
The bookstore will be open from 7:45 a.m.–1 p.m. and 2–3:30 p.m. Monday–Friday.
