. Students should enroll in classes for the grade level they will be entering in the fall. Classes are filled on a first come, first served basis. Space in a class is only reserved upon receipt of full payment. Classes will run only if there is adequate enrollment. If the minimum class size has not been met three weeks before class starts, the class may be canceled, and a full refund will be given to those enrolled. If a class is canceled, every effort will be made to find a suitable alternative if available. Please register early and spread the word about your favorite classes!
If you are enrolling an international student, they should be proficient in English (spoken language, and for some classes reading and writing) in order to fully benefit from the class. Students may be advised to withdraw or switch classes if they do not meet proficiency standards.
To receive a 10 percent early-bird discount, please register for classes by Friday, April 12.
Fee and Refund Policy:
Fees vary depending on materials and staffing needs. Fee amounts are indicated below the course descriptions. Financial assistance is available to La Jolla Country Day School families for academic classes only. Financial assistance awards will be lowered by 10 percent during the early bird discount period. A refund of 100 percent of the tuition for any class can be obtained prior to Monday, May 20, by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org
. A 75 percent refund will be made for refund requests made no later than two weeks prior to the start of a class. To ensure proper staffing and supplies, refunds after that point in time cannot be offered.
