Grade 8 Promotion (student arrival is 8:45 a.m.)

Congratulations to the eighth-grade students on their promotion! Please read the reminders below.

• Arrival Time: 8:45 a.m. sharp at the Black Box (Four Flowers Theater)
• Class photo will be taken immediately upon arrival. Please be punctual!
• Attire: Special Dress required
• Special Dress for Eighth-Grade Promotion: As a special event, there are exceptions and additions to the special dress attire. Students may choose dresses with spaghetti straps or strapless dresses. Students who choose a collared dress shirt and dress slacks or khakis must also wear a tie and jacket.

• Parking: Genesee lot (walk to amphitheater)
• Seating: First-come, first-served
• Ceremony Length: Approximately 1 hour
• Recording: A link will be shared with all families after the event
• Reception: After the ceremony, there will be a light reception in the Pavilion.
• Important: Please do not bring balloons, umbrellas, or large items that may block others' view.
