Health Forms Due
Families can access registration for the 2024–2025 school year through the Parent Portal. Click on the health forms icon under “Resources” to view each student’s registration paperwork.
-Health exams must occur between May 1 and August 1.
-Students who do not have the required health forms uploaded by August 1 or before sports practices begin cannot attend school or sports practices.
