Spanish Honors Class Holds Mock Trial

By Communications
The Spanish Honors class put the historical figure Hernán Cortés on trial.

Putting their Spanish skills into practice, the class presented the case of Spanish Conquistador Hernán Cortés.  The class had to determine if Cortés had committed crimes against humanity during his expedition into the Aztec Empire.

After an intense week of court hearings, the jury declared Hernán Cortés innocent. Congratulations to the Spanish Honors class for a job well done!
