The Youth for the Future Conference is a student-led, one-day conference organized by the LJCDS Global Issues Network, Upper School Eco Action Team, and Service Learning Department. High schools from across San Diego and Tijuana will join for a day centered on the most pressing local and global issues impacting today’s youth and communities.
Upper School students will hear from keynote speaker Abraham García Alvarez, co-founder of Kilómetro Uno, whose work highlights community-based solutions and cross-border collaboration.
