Schedule a Family Interview

The family interview is a conversation that will allow us to learn more about your family and for your family to learn more about La Jolla Country Day School. After families submit an application, they can schedule an interview in the application portal. 

Please note that for Grades 5–11 applicants, the family interview includes both the student and their parents or guardians.

Complete the Admission Checklist by February 1

Schedule Your Child’s ISEE

The Independent School Entrance Exam (ISEE) must be completed by February 1. Please visit the ISEE website to register. The school code is 051333.

Complete the Financial Assistance Application

(If applicable)

Receive a Decision from LJCDS

Families applying to Tiny Torreys who complete the application process by February 1 will receive an email notification with the admission decision by the end of February.

Families applying to all other grades who complete the application process by February 1 will receive an email notification with the admission decision in mid-March.
